About George Yedinak

Mr. Yedinak is a founder and partner in Aging Media, a holding company for digital content development and distribution, and is Founder and Publisher of Senior Housing News. Started in 2007, Senior Housing News provides industry insight and daily news to professionals and consumers interested in senior housing and senior living issues in the US and abroad. Aging Media and its related entities (Reverse Mortgage Daily and Home Health Care News) are headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Since 2011, George has been working with McGaw Graphics, Inc., a poster publisher and framed picture manufacturer located in Manchester Center, Vermont, as a consultant serving in various senior executive level capacities, including Chief Executive Officer. This work has included restructuring McGaw’s operations and integrating the acquisition of the remaining assets associated with the Bankruptcy of Applejack Art Partners.

Since 2014, George has been working and consulting in an executive role with Washington Green Group, that includes Washington Green Fine Art Publishing Company and Castle Galleries, providing management insight and expertise.   Washington Green publishes contemporary artists in the United Kingdom and around the world through limited edition prints, original works of art and sculpture.  Castle Galleries, with over 35 retail galleries in the United Kingdom, retails fine art work published by Washington Green and other artists from around the world.

Mr. Yedinak previously worked for Wells Fargo (formerly Wachovia) in the Washington, DC area providing loan workout and rehabilitation services.

He has previously held a variety of senior management positions within Terme Bancorp, Inc., a diversified financial services holding company that included Argo Federal Savings Bank, FSB umbrellabank.com, UmbrellaBank, FSB, Flower Bank, FSB and Margo Financial Services, LLC. Mr. Yedinak was the Chief Lending Officer responsible for managing the Bank’s commercial and residential lending operations and overseeing its technology operations that included a large-scale Internet banking operation.

Mr. Yedinak began his career as an analyst with Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) working for Financial Services and Healthcare Clients.

Mr. Yedinak received an Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. George was a member of the Men’ Swimming and Diving team during his time at SMU.
